Datça is, essentially, a simple fishing village, and the variety of fresh fish available on the harbour during the day, or in the restaurants each evening, is proof of that. It is normal to see Tuna fish, Calamari, Çupra, Levret and Palamut being sold straight off the boat to the locals.

There is - as you would expect - plenty of opportunity to get involved, whatever your skill level.

Fishing trips can be arranged for parties of all sizes, during the day or at night.
